Got a change of
scenery with a little stay away at Lafayette House. I love how low maintenance
this place is - it feels like you’ve got your own apartment in a fancy French building.
Sometimes I miss living downtown over the bridge, it was nice to be able to walk to some
of our favorite Manhattan restaurants and my art supply store is also just around the
corner. Having a working fireplace in this cold weather is a pretty nice touch,
too. Teresa came by to shoot with Andrew; Lizzie did hair and
makeup. Teresa reminds me of a baby Charlotte Rampling so I dressed her up in
clothes that you’d want to wear around your own quiet Paris pied-à-terre. Lace, satin, slouchy knits and pants
optional in a place with strange old photos on the walls and a giant bubble bath tub with shiny brass knobs.
1. Outtake of Teresa
Oman at Lafayette House by Andrew Stinson, hair and makeup by Lizzie Arneson.
Styling by me, more pictures from the shoot soon.
Some outtake polaroids I snapped of Courtney from Ford. A really lovely girl to dress up. She has her pilot's license and
knows how to fly a plane, how cool is that?
